This course provides a high level understanding of how TennisConnect works, and a tour through many of the related features and functions:

This course is reccomended for business decision makers who may or may not become deeply involved in the use of TennisConnect, as well as "power users" who want the "quick tour" and plan to implement your web site services at your own pace.

Emphasis is placed on the organization of self help materials in the TennisConnect Forums, Release notes and Resources tab of TennisConnect.

This course is open to the public.  All customers should take either this course or TennisConnect Complete Parts I and II, or TennisConnect Lite / SD
