TennisWorks Introduction Workshop
The workshop is exclusively for dealers that recently purchased a ClubWorks or RetailWorks solutions package from Sports InterActive.
The half-hour Introduction Workshop will take the client through a preliminary review all the features and benefits of the TennisConnect powered software provided with their new website.
In the workshop we will setup your new username/password to access the administration of your website, and provide initial training and setup of the StringWorks software. You will have the opportunity to preview your ContactWorks, CourtWorks (if applicable) and Online Store/ Catalog components.
If multiple staff will be involved in the management of your new website, we strongly recommend they participate in this initial workshop. After the workshop, you will be asked to schedule a more detailed training class in preparation for your site going live.
The Introduction Workshop is on Monday and Thursday mornings at 9:30 *EST. For our West Coast clients, we will accommodate your schedule as time permits.
